Toshiyasu(Toshi) Uehara has been working as a licensed immigration consultant since the previous regulator was established in 2004. Uehara holds a bachelor of commerce degree from Keio University and MBA from Aoyamagakuin University Graduate School in Japan. Prior to becoming an immigration consultant, Uehara served as Sales & Marketing Manager as well as Business Development Manager for both Japanese and American chemical companies over ten years. Uehara is a High Honours Graduate of the Post-Diploma Immigration Practitioner Certificate Program of Seneca College in Toronto, a member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC, ID:R420631), a recognized consultant in Quebec (Registre quebecois des consultants en immigration, Registered #11085) and a member of Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). Uehara has handled various cases under Federal/Quebec skilled worker class, Federal/Quebec investor class, family class sponsorship application, LMO/work permit and Live-in caregiver program.
